Around his 40th birthday, the Tatted Chef decided it was time to pursue something that fed his soul - to put more than just bread on the table. He enrolled in a local culinary program where the fire, knives, and "center of the plate" caught his eye. He quickly found that the benefits of raw plant based nutrition would become a part of his life that would not only transform him physically but in a process of evolution, begin a spiritual transformation as well. Tauting the many attributes and healing virtues of a vegan diet, he began a self training and experimentation with the many foods and dietary medicines . Over the next 12 years, Everett began to settle into his own personal style of cooking and creating. "TC" (Tatted Chef) Style is a combination of raw, juiced, blended, and cooked plantbased cuisine that allows for fun, down to earth and easily enjoyable methods, while embracing a plant powered lifestyle. In his words,"Keep bein' ROCKINAWESOME!!, Love is All". This means to apply what your own body has to tell you and live life fully in the Light and LOVE, positively creating and moving in the direction that best serves you. "Living in the Light, Love is All, Om Shanti Shanti Shanti ".
