Juliette Foster is a writer who, after a period of quite severe depression and anxiety last year, decided to put her experiences to good use to try and help others. She turned to mindfulness training as a way to help manage her panic attacks and bouts of low mood. These had been brought on after a particularly traumatic time with the death of her father and the subsequent illness of her mother. Although she's by no means recovered, mindfulness has helped her to cope and manage how she suffers and to minimise the debilitating symptoms of her illness.
