You might think they don’t deserve it, so wasting your breath is useless. This is especially true right after someone has hurt you. At that moment, letting things go seems like the last thing you’d want to do. But no matter what someone does to you, holding grudges is never the answer.

You didn’t make them lie or cheat. It was their choice and theirs alone. But, even if you are in a situation where you are partly to blame, you still shouldn’t beat yourself up. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters most is that you move on and be a better person.
