Let me explain…

Not all that long ago, I felt like I was at rock bottom. Depressed. Obese. Financially and emotionally bankrupt. Doctors told me I would never have children, and one huge obstacle seemed to be placed in front of me day in and day out.

Yet today I live a blessed, joyous, and truly abundantly life. So what changed… how did I turn my life around?

I redefined my relationship with The Comfort Zone.

That’s why I needed to write this book because what I share within its pages is what I experienced myself. Writing it has been a way for me to process my journey and appreciate what I’ve been through. Yet it’s also an opportunity to share with you some of the most important, valuable, life-changing lessons you will ever learn.

Some of these come from my own experiences, whereas others stem from being the founder & CEO of The Power of Positivity (a movement with 50+ million members) and the stories, strategies, and growth I’ve seen from this incredible community.

I have wanted to write this book for a long time. But for a long time, I wasn’t ready to.
